In 2000, the Measures for the Administration of Fertilizer Registration (Order No.32 of the Ministry of Agriculture) was promulgated, and the Requirements for Fertilizer Registration Data were formulated and released. At the same time, the Interim Provisions of the Ministry of Agriculture of the People’s Republic of China on the Inspection and Registration of Fertilizers, Soil Conditioners and Plant Growth Regulators issued in 1989 and revised in 1997 were abolished, which further improved the fertilizer registration management system.
